Chloe is 9 months old today!! She is so big!... literally!

She had her check up today and here are her stats: 24.5 lbs 99%  30.6 in (height) 99% 18.75 in (head) 99%.

She wears 12-18 month clothing... more on the 18 month side.

Grandpa Hales thinks she is so smart because she will study people's faces. She is so fascinated with people's faces that she loves to touch my nose, eyes, mouth, and Tanner's facial hair.

She already has so much personality! It is fun watching her grow into her own cute little self.

She loves to crawl ALL over the place. Sometimes when she crawls out of my view, I'll call out to her to come back and she will come look at me, smile, and crawl really fast in the opposite direction. She thinks it's a game when I'm really trying to be serious. ha ha

She has started eating finger foods. No teeth yet so Momma is still really nervous but she loves avocados, peas (LOVES peas), wheat bread with hummus, banana puffs. She is not a big fruit eater. I try giving her bananas but she hates them. She is missing out.

She will sometimes wake up in the middle of the night around ll or 12 for a bottle but she will also sleep 7-7. The doctor recommended to let her cry it out but I don't know if I can do it...

Chloe now pulls herself up to stand but doesn't quite cruise yet. She will start to cry if it has been too long because she hasn't quite figured out how to sit back down again. It has been a bit of a struggle during nap time because when I lay her in her crib, she will immediately roll over, get up on her knees and just sit there. silly silly girl.

She gives kisses (for me she opens her mouth and eats my nose), and hugs when she's tired.

Loves to look at books and cuddle with stuffed animals.

Dances almost every time she hears music. She will bounce up and down and clap her hands. It is the cutest thing in the world.

Babbles mama dada and other things all day long.

She is a happy baby who will still smile at anyone who smiles at her. 

Is not a fan of getting dressed... she would rather be naked. She rolls around like crazy when I'm trying to change her diaper. She is a mover and a shaker.  She is the most curious and playful baby.

 Loves bath time and will splash splash splash!

 Surprisingly loves to take car rides.

Gets excited when she sees Bradley.

Sleeping on her tummy is her favorite position.


We love our sweet cheeks so much! Time to stop growing up so dang fast Chloe, momma can't handle it!
