This weekend I was able to catch up with two of my close college roommates. There are four of us actually but the third one is sadly not living in Utah anymore but in Arizona with her husband. We met freshman year and lived together sophomore, junior, and senior year... well until people started getting married and going on missions. Bottom line is that I love them and I owe all of my crazy college memories to them. I am not even going to hide that we owned a pair of pants that we used like the girls on sisterhood of the traveling pants. Now we are all at different stages of life... Heather (the one in AZ) just bought a house and is teaching. Ashley is engaged and is getting married October 22nd. I am the pregnant one who is expecting a baby girl in December. Finally there is Brittany who is also engaged and getting married December 17th. It has been one big year for all of us!
I am officially past the half way mark which means I'm closer to having a baby girl in my arms! I am a little freaked out but excited all at the same time. I think nothing can really prepare someone for motherhood and I am just so grateful for my two moms, sisters and sister-in-laws, cousins, and friends who have all been there. Now that I am really showing it is all becoming REAL. Here are some 22 week updates...
1. Our nursery is slowly coming together... we found the cutest white pottery barn crib off of KSL (pictures to come later).
2. We also found a white rocker/glider with sage cushions that I love! It was also a great deal on KSL for only $45!!
3. We are stealing a yellow dresser from my parents and hopefully some more items from other family members.
4. Tanner and I registered at babiesrus the other day and it was so exciting yet overwhelming. I really need to go back with experienced mothers who can help me figure out what is best to register for.... Tanner and I had no clue... but we still had fun.
5. I worry all the time because I can't feel her inside of me yet but hopefully soon.
6. We have thought of girls names and our favorites are Chloe, Callie, or Savannah.
7. I am already anxious to get my body back so I can move and sleep with ease.... I'm in trouble.
8. Besides the unable to move thing... I feel healthy and happy!
So I finally walked and graduated from BYU. I technically should have graduated a year ago but it took me forever to take my last online class. It felt so surreal to be sitting there among other fellow BYU graduates. It definitely feels like an accomplishment to me and I am glad that I walked so I can always remember the moment of graduating college. My loving parents and husband came to support me. Tanner surprised me with a graduating gift which was... a video camera/camera! I am so excited since we are about to have a baby and I want to be able to catch every moment. My parents treated us to P.F. Changs for dinner and also got me cute decorations for the babies room. I now have my college degree for reals! Yay!!
So I have taken a ton of pictures of our fabulous trip to NYC and upstate New York so I think its best if I just post a bunch of pictures since they tell a thousand words anyways...
P.S. This was Tanner's first time to the city or back east for that matter. He loved it.

Tanner's first time water skiing! He did amazing and even made a few water walls! I didn't take too many pictures of our trip at the cabin or the lake but we had fun playing games, reading, boating, swimming, eating Martha's soft serve, movies, and building campfires. I actually went wake boarding for a tiny bit while pregnant... but shhh don't tell my doctor ;)
The Manhattan Temple. Tanner was surprised that it actually looked like a temple and not just another skyscraper. He was impressed.
We actually started out our day by riding the ferry across the Hudson to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. We were grateful that the day was overcast and not too hot. Overall we did a ton in one day and are excited to go back!
